No. 12 CUM                                                                                                                                                                                Haut Jura Comtoise cartridge clock from the Louis XV period around 1750 with Chevalier de Bethune escapement ( see detailed photo ), half hour strike en passant and full hour strike with repeater on bell, whereby the repeater is achieved by two release levers of different lengths ( see detailed photo ). Alarm movement. Cut brass hands, 12 enamel cartouches and center cartouche set in a cast brass frame. On this frame you can see quarter hour markings on the inner edge of the dial that are not fully developed, on the outer edge as well, but very faint.

A recast as early as the middle of the 18th century.
