9 Zoll Comtoise Uhr mit Ankergang und Automaten-Prachtpendel mit Resten der alten Bemalung aus der Zeit 1890/1900 mit Wetterhäuschen im unteren Teil und Thermometer ( siehe Detailfoto ) im oberen Teil des Pendels. Eine Konstruktion, die wahrscheinlich ähnlich wie bei den Schwarzwälder Uhren mittels eines Frauenhaares funktionierte. Bei Luftfeuchtigskeitsschwankungen ändert das Frauenhaar seine Länge und lässt bei schönem Wetter die Frau und bei schlechtem Wetter den Mann mit dem Regenschirm ( siehe Detailfoto ) erscheinen. Halbstunden- und Vollstundenschlag auf Tonfeder mit Repetition. Emailzifferblatt signiert: JOURDAIN Pierre à Cerdon, polychrome Blumenranke um die Ortsangabe.

A mechanism likely operated similarly to Black Forest clocks using a strand of human hair. Changes in humidity cause the hair to alter its length, making the woman appear in good weather and the man with an umbrella appear in bad weather (see detail photo). Half-hour and full-hour chimes on a gong with repetition. Enamel dial signed: JOURDAIN Pierre à Cerdon, with a polychrome floral motif surrounding the location name.

Un mécanisme probablement similaire à celui des horloges de la Forêt-Noire, fonctionnant à l’aide d’un cheveu humain. Les variations d'humidité modifient la longueur du cheveu, faisant apparaître la femme par beau temps et l’homme avec un parapluie par mauvais temps (voir photo détaillée). Sonnerie des demi-heures et des heures pleines sur un gong avec répétition. Cadran en émail signé : JOURDAIN Pierre à Cerdon, avec une guirlande florale polychrome autour de l'indication de lieu.

Schommelingen in luchtvochtigheid veranderen de lengte van het haar, waardoor bij mooi weer de vrouw en bij slecht weer de man met paraplu verschijnen (zie detailfoto). Halfuurs- en heleuurslag op een gong met repetitie. Email wijzerplaat gesigneerd: JOURDAIN Pierre à Cerdon, met een veelkleurig bloemmotief rondom de plaatsnaam.
