10-inch Comtoise clock with anchor escapement and lyre pendulum. Brass-embossed decorative plate featuring a wine harvest motif. Half-hour and full-hour striking on a bell with repetition. The usual large striking mechanism with a goat's foot lever and weight(s) was replaced by a simpler construction. Despite being likely more cost-effective to produce, this design did not gain popularity and is thus a very rare variant.
