The Napoleonic 5-pointed star is the counterpart to the 3 Bourbon lilies of the ancien régime. 8-day cable movement with verge escapement and hour strike with repeater and half-hour strike en passant on bell. Cambered enamel dial with Roman numerals for hours and Arabic numerals for 5 minutes. Sun hands. Minute wheel and hour wheel are already made of brass in this movement.
