No. 517 CUM 

Comtoise clock from around 1810, verge escapement with lead pendulum, month movement, sun hand, pendulum guide on the back, half hour strike en passant, full hour strike on bell with repeater, cambered enamel dial resting on the brass ornamental plate, with quarter hour indication, upper dial decoration of embossed brass with sun head ( Apollo head ) and ribbon bow over fruit bowl, acanthus, five-pointed star on radially chased background. This is the first model of an embossed ornamental plate by Paget from 1810, which was only created for this monthly runner, whose lower half of the dial is covered with a smooth brass plate, as is the case with many clocks of this period, but which then have a cast ornamental part.
