One-piece embossed decorative plate with lower extension separated by a bead. Embossed reference to model protection. Top left: BREVETE Garantie du Gouvernement, top right: DEPOSE. This patent reference can only have been made during the period of patent protection from 1843 to 1848. The embossing tool was therefore created in 1848 and is one of the first one-piece embossed models, which were of course sold over a longer period of time, so that this clock was probably produced around 1850.
