No. 547 CUM This is the first model of an embossed ornamental plate by Paget ( see clocks No. 173 CUM, No. 517 CUM, No. 525 CUM ) from the year 1810, which was initially created for month runners whose lower half of the dial is covered with a smooth brass plate, as is the case with many clocks of this time, but which then have a cast ornamental part ( see No. 528 CUM ). It was extremely rare for this embossed ornamental plate model to be used on 8-day movements without a lower brass plate cover, i.e. with black corners, as it quickly became common practice to cut the ornamental corners off the embossed part and mount them rotated by 180° as lower ornamental plate corners. Diameter of dial: 245 Cage dimensions: 247 x 242 x 142 HxWxD / movement dimensions: 373 x 245 x 165 HxWxD / chimney: 53, pendulum length/folded pendulum: approx. 1265 (all dimensions in mm). Although actually normal, this variant is extremely rare.
