11-inch Comtoise clock from around 1870/1880 with 3 bells and 3/4 strike. Date and weekday display. Anchor escapement with Berthoud pendulum. The pendulum is, of course, an imitation of a Berthoud pendulum, which would originally be a true compensation pendulum. Brass-embossed bezel. Enamel dial signed: Cachet ainé à Alger.
