Cast ornamental part with cock and two small lateral eagles above an empty medallion, framed by the union chain ( chaîne de l'union ). 8-day movement with verge escapement and lead pendulum. Half and full hour strike ( struck from the striking train, i.e. no strike en passant ) on bell with repetition after 2 minutes. Serrated brass hands with decorated surfaces in Louis XVI style. Cambered enamel dial with Roman hour and Arabic quarter hour numerals, signed: Pierre ignace Bully.
