Comtoise clock with verge escapement and bob pendulum from around 1835/40. Half hour and full hour strike on bell with repeater.
Two-part embossed brass ornamental plate with sun head ( Apollo ) and ribbon bow, flower basket and two upright standing lions, framed by grapes and vine leaves. Oak leaves in each of the 4 dial corners.
This ornamental sheet metal model is extremely rare.
