Comtoise clock with anchor escapement and lyre pendulum from around 1880/1890. Features a moon phase display. A wheel with 116 teeth, on which a brass disc with four full moon images is mounted, is advanced daily by a stepping wheel. The 116 teeth correspond to four complete moon phases. The individual full moon images appear behind the round opening in the dial.
Half-hour and full-hour chime on a bell with repetition.
