Comtoise clock with Petite Sonnerie, meaning a 3/4 strike on 4 bells with repetition of the hour strike, from the Louis Philippe era, around 1830/35. Features verge escapement, a two-part embossed brass decorative plate with a sun-face motif (Apollo head), ribbon over a flower basket, cornucopias, palm leaves, and oak leaves. Convex enamel dial signed: Charvet au Logis Neuf.
